**Update** So the phone guy decides that it would be a great idea to show up at 9:45am on a Sunday morning...oh well, at least he's here now and it will hopefully be fixed by day end!

now that sounds much more than germany ;) my brother moved into a new house on the other side of town 10 days ago - and still is without phone or internet :(
wait, what??? they dont work past 4:30 on weekdays, but work at 9:45 on Sunday morns??? WTheck!!!

Ummm, that would be a big no and he was as country bumpkin' as it gets! It's working now though!
